Festival closing tour on bikes

Nearly 20 street artists from all over Europe have been invited to Tartu for Stencibility. On the closing tour of the festival, we will travel together through the places where this year's fresh works are located. Stencibility organizers Sirla and Kadri will share the stories behind the works and talk about the festival and Tartu street art in general.
